Our Fijian Holiday Part 1

From the 7th - 14th March we spent 7 fantastic nights at the Westin Denarau 5 Star Resort and Spa. We had the best time and it was so relaxing, we didn't go there with the intention of doing lots of tours or trips, the whole idea of this holiday was just to sit back, relax and chill out and we certainly achieved that.
The first pic is the view looking back towards our resort from the shoreline.

And what is a tropical island without palm trees framed against the ocean.

We did one tour and one of the places we saw on it was the Garden of the Sleeping Giant which has the most gorgeous collection of orchids that I have ever seen.

And these little frogs really didn't care about all the people around.

One night we had dinner at the Zing Restaurant which is in the Westin Resort, the presentation of the pork cutlets that we both ordered was so incredible that I had to take a pic, and yes it tasted as good as it looked.

The view from our balcony was really lovely and one morning while Richard was having his shower I roamed out and saw this cruise ship anchored near an deserted island quite close to our resort.

Every morning we would have access to a full buffet breakfast of the most amazing collection of food, you name it and it was there, bacon, eggs, fruit, fresh juices, crossiants, sweet rolls and so much more. This was the view that we would have every morning, so very hard to take.

And here is Richard feeling quite full and content after breakfast.
